Welcome to 850Above (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Credit Repair Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our professional credit repair and credit education services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our website and Services immediately.

Our Mission and Commitment

At 850Above, our mission is to simplify and humanize the credit repair process. We believe everyone deserves access to clear information, transparent services, and tools that help build lasting financial health. Our Services aim to empower clients to take charge of their financial future through knowledge, education, and strategic credit repair support.

We operate with integrity and full transparency, helping clients identify inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on their credit reports. Our team of credit experts works directly with credit bureaus and creditors to challenge errors in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

We also provide educational tools, such as workshops, credit-building resources, and online materials, to help clients maintain strong credit long after their repair process is complete.

Legal Compliance

850Above operates strictly in compliance with all federal and state laws regulating the credit repair industry. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA): Prohibits deceptive practices and upfront fees before services are rendered.
  • Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): Ensures accurate, fair, and private handling of consumer credit information.
  • Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR): Protects consumers from misrepresentation and ensures consent-based communication.
  • Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA): We are not a debt collector and do not engage in debt collection activities.
  • CAN-SPAM Act & TCPA: Governs email and phone communication to ensure privacy and compliance with consumer contact preferences.

Our Services are designed to protect clients’ rights under these laws while maintaining ethical business practices at every step.

We encourage all clients to understand their legal rights under the FCRA and CROA. Copies of these laws are available online at ftc.gov and consumerfinance.gov.

Scope of Services

Our credit repair and education services include the following:

  • Credit Report Review: We analyze your reports from all three major bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
  • Dispute Management: We prepare and send formal disputes on your behalf for items that appear inaccurate or unverifiable.
  • Ongoing Progress Monitoring: You will receive updates on dispute outcomes and credit report changes through our secure client portal.
  • Credit Education: We provide personalized advice, educational materials, and tools to help you understand your credit and improve financial habits.
  • Credit Building Support: We help you establish new positive credit lines and guide you in managing existing accounts responsibly.

Our Services are tailored to your individual credit goals, ensuring that your experience is personal, professional, and effective.

Please note that 850Above does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our Services are strictly educational and administrative.

No Guarantees or Promises

While 850Above strives to help each client achieve their credit goals, credit repair is a process that involves multiple third parties, such as credit bureaus and creditors. As such, we cannot legally guarantee specific outcomes.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific increase in your credit score;
  • Removal of all negative items;
  • Loan or credit card approvals; or
  • Timelines for dispute completion.

Results depend on your individual credit history, the type and number of items in dispute, creditor responses, and your continued financial behavior.

Our commitment is to act diligently, ethically, and transparently in helping you pursue your right to accurate credit reporting.

Client Responsibilities

You play a crucial role in your credit improvement journey. To ensure the success of your credit repair process, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, complete, and updated information about your identity, credit history, and contact details.
  • Review All Communications: Stay informed about updates, required actions, and correspondence from 850Above.
  • Follow Guidance: Implement credit-building and money management strategies as advised.
  • Cooperate with Our Team: Respond promptly to document or verification requests.
  • Maintain Monitoring Access: Keep your credit monitoring subscription active to help us track progress effectively.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may delay progress or impact results.

Payment Terms and Fees

850Above follows CROA regulations prohibiting the collection of advance payments for unperformed services.

We offer multiple payment options to fit your needs:

  • Pay-Per-Delete: You are only billed after the successful removal of negative or unverifiable items from your credit report.
  • Tiered Packages: Structured monthly or one-time service plans based on your credit goals.
  • Free Consultation: Each new client receives an initial credit audit and personalized plan before committing to paid services.

Billing Policy

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processor. You authorize 850Above to charge your selected payment method for agreed services.

If any payment is declined, your account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
